1. General
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of fine art prints (“Products”) from New Zealand Nostalgia (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

  • All prints are produced to order.

  • Colours and tones may vary slightly from the images shown online due to differences in screen displays and printing processes.

  • Print sizes are approximate and may vary within standard tolerances.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST.

  • Payment must be made in full before orders are processed.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within New Zealand and internationally (where available).

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier service. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Any customs duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • As each print is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method.

 

6. Copyright & Use of Images

  • All images and artwork are the exclusive copyright of Richard Wood (unless otherwise stated).

  • Purchase of a print does not grant reproduction rights. Prints are for personal display only and may not be copied, scanned, or reproduced in any form without prior written consent.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We take care in packaging and shipping prints, but we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage once the product has been handed to the courier, except where required under New Zealand consumer law.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement value of the product purchased.

 

8. Consumer Guarantees
These Terms do not exclude or limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ).

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Each fine art print is carefully made to order, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.

If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method.

This policy is in line with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 in New Zealand.

  • Each fine art print is made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before dispatch.

Delivery within New Zealand

  • Orders are shipped via tracked courier.

  • Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on location. Rural delivery may take longer.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to selected countries. Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier service.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Packaging

  • Prints are carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Depending on size, prints may be shipped flat or rolled in a sturdy tube.

Delays & Liability

  • While we work with trusted couriers, delivery times are estimates only and delays may occur beyond our control.

  • Once dispatched, responsibility for the shipment rests with the courier. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
